The Role
- Unlike many sales roles, there is zero cold calling. You will be managing high-quality, inbound enquiries from patients eager to transform their appearance through a wide range of premium cosmetic procedures.
- Consultative Sales: Conducting face-to-face consultations to understand patient goals and present bespoke treatment plans.
- Lead Management: Following up on warm inbound enquiries via phone and email to book appointments.
- Relationship Building: Acting as the primary point of contact for patients from their initial enquiry through to starting their treatment.
