Tired of selling products no one gets excited about? This one actually changes the game in professional kitchens. We’re working with a long-established hospitality supplier that’s shaking up how chefs run their kitchens. Their hero product is already saving time, money and hassle for some of the UK’s biggest hotel and restaurant brands. Now they need a confident, energetic Business Development Executive to help take it nationwide.
This is a mix of warm leads, inbound interest and good old-fashioned hustle. You’ll be chatting with Head and Exec Chefs, Hotel GMs and catering teams - people who are passionate, busy, and not always easy to get hold of. You’ll need persistence, charm and a thick skin... but when you get that “yes”, it’s seriously satisfying.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building relationships with chefs, hotels, restaurants and catering groups across the UK
- Following up warm leads and creating new ones
- Getting in front of people (literally) to demo the product and show the ROI
- Managing your pipeline from first call to close
- Cross-selling other innovative kitchen solutions from the same group
What you’ll need:
- B2B sales experience (hospitality background = massive bonus)
- Confident, upbeat communicator - great on the phone and face-to-face
- Resilient, proactive and a genuine self-starter
- Someone who gets the rhythm of hospitality and can talk chefs’ language
- Full UK driving licence + willingness to travel for demos
What’s in it for you:
- £35,000 base + £10,000–£20,000 realistic commission
- Hybrid: 2 days in the Kings Cross office, 3 days remote
- Option to work a 4-day week (pro rata salary)
- Supportive, close-knit team who celebrate wins together
- A product you’ll love selling because it makes a real difference
If you’re ready to roll your sleeves up, pick up the phone, and bring some energy to a sector that loves personality, this one’s for you.
