As Branch Manager, you'll take full responsibility for turnover, margin, operating costs and long-term growth strategy. This is full P&L ownership of a £10m+ standalone profit centre within a £1bn+ group. Operating within a decentralised, entrepreneurial structure, you will have genuine authority to:
- Set and deliver growth strategy
- Own and drive the P&L
