We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Development Executive to help develop new business, build strong relationships, introduce innovative products, and drive significant growth.
We are Looking for Someone Who:
- Has at least one year's proven experience in business-to-business sales.
- Has a consultative sales approach and is engaging, client-focused, and sales-driven.
- Is eager to learn and committed to personal and professional growth.
- Is highly motivated to be the best they can be.
- Is a strong communicator with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Is an effective negotiator with a proven ability to close deals.
- Is self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Can deal with long sales cycles β sometimes it is 24 months from the initial call to closing the deal.
In This Sales Development Executive Role, You Will:
- Introduce and launch new health and well-being products to retailers and specialist online stores.
- You will be the engine of growth, hunting for new B2B opportunities through savvy networking while nurturing our existing partners into lifelong advocates.
- Forget 'pitching', you will educate clients on the science and innovation behind the products.
- From initial cold calls to obtaining the purchase order number, you will own the deal, ensuring every deal is a win-win.
- You will stay two steps ahead of the competition by keeping your finger on the pulse of market trends and using CRM data to forecast your next big win.
In Return, you Will Receive:
- Competitive salary of Β£32,000 per annum and an OTE of Β£42,000 per annum.
- Car allowance.
- Mileage reimbursed at full HMRC rates.
- 23 days annual leave increasing with tenure.
