Sales Operations Manager £40,000 + Bonus (£45,000 OTE) | Leeds City Centre | Monday-Friday | Office Based | Become the operational heartbeat of an international sales team.

This isn't your typical Sales Coordinator role.

Instead, you'll become the driving force behind a busy international sales department, owning the CRM, improving processes, supporting global sales agents and helping the Head of Sales create a more efficient, data-driven commercial operation.

Working for one of the UK's most respected heritage brands, you'll enjoy a varied role combining sales operations, CRM management, reporting, customer communications and commercial support.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Taking ownership of the CRM system
  • Producing sales reports and dashboards
  • Supporting UK and international sales agents
  • Monitoring sales activity and performance
  • Building workflows and improving processes
  • Coordinating customer communications and product launches
  • Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Services
  • Helping implement a brand-new bespoke CRM platform
