Lead Recruitment Consultant

I'm exclusively partnering with a specialist Leeds-based recruiter to find a Lead Recruitment Consultant to own their M&E Surveying desk. 20 people, 20% YOY growth, Employee Owned Trust.

The Role

You'll manage large existing accounts and grow it organically.

You'll run your own BD pipeline, manage a focused portfolio of strategic accounts, and work directly with the MD.
