I'm working with a fast-growing vehicle rental and leasing business, Yorkshire bred, nationally focused, and ranked in the top 35 of the FN50 (the UK's biggest leasing companies). They own their entire fleet on-site. They are moving into a serious new phase of growth, they're now looking for someone to lead their Account Management function from the front.
The setup:
- Ranked #33 in the FN50, financially credible and genuinely growing
- Company vehicle included in the package
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Office-based, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
The role:
This is the Head of Account Management, reporting directly into the Director / Head of Sales, with a seat close to the top table. You'll set the strategic direction for the whole function and own the performance and development of the entire team: Senior Key Account Managers, Account Managers and Account Executives. It's part commercial leadership, part people leadership. You'll own revenue, gross profit, retention and growth across the portfolio, hold the relationships with the most senior decision-makers on the strategic accounts, lead the major renewals, negotiations and tender bids and build a high-performing, commercially sharp culture underneath you, right down to succession planning.
