We’re recruiting for an established UK business in the mobility sector. This is a 100% inbound telesales role - customers have already visited the website, requested information and asked to be contacted. There is no cold calling. You’ll be speaking to warm leads and booking in-home appointments for field-based consultants.
The role
- Handle high volumes of inbound calls

This is a fast-paced, phone-heavy role and suits people who enjoy being on the phone and are motivated by performance and commission.

Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm. Every other Saturday (day off in lieu during the week).
What we’re looking for
- Comfortable in a high-volume phone role (100–200 calls per day)
- Motivated by commission and targets
- Confident handling objections
- Professional, patient and credible communication style
- Sales experience preferred (telesales, inbound/outbound, fundraising, lead generation, door-to-door)
- Not suitable for customer-service-only backgrounds
You’ll be speaking to customers aged 60–90 and their families, so maturity and emotional intelligence are important. If you want a proper inbound sales role with structure, support and genuine earning potential, this is well worth a conversation.
