They have a team of dedicated specialists, a powerful online marketing engine, and more inbound demand than their current team can handle. They're scaling and they need two exceptional salespeople to grow with them. This is a booming, recession-proof sector. The Earnings Potential

  • £80,000 OTE in year one - with no prior industry experience required

The Role

This is a pure inbound sales position. The company invests heavily in digital marketing to generate enquiries - warm, engaged people and businesses who are actively looking for specialist help. Your job is to take those calls, understand their situation, and convert them into clients.

Day to day you will be:

  • Handling 50+ warm inbound calls daily from individuals and businesses
  • Sending tailored email proposals and text campaigns to warm leads
  • Using Salesforce CRM to track, record and measure your performance
  • Hitting weekly sales targets through a consultative, needs-led approach
  • Attending regular sales meetings and sessions with senior management
  • Building your specialist knowledge through structured, ongoing training
  • Contributing to a high-performance, results-driven team culture

The Package

  • £26,000 basic salary — flexible for the right candidate
  • Uncapped commission — first-year OTE £80,000 with no industry background needed
