Experienced in enforcement, field collections, debt recovery or handling challenging face-to-face customer situations? We're recruiting a Warrant Officer to cover the Gloucestershire region for a rapidly growing national utilities and business services organisation. This is a field-based position responsible for attending business premises where previous attempts to resolve outstanding debt have been unsuccessful. You'll be working at the next stage of the debt resolution process, executing court-issued warrants while still looking for opportunities to reach a suitable resolution with the customer wherever possible.

This role needs someone confident and resilient, but equally important is the ability to communicate well, read a situation and remain calm and professional when conversations become challenging.

The Role

  • You'll manage your own regional territory, travelling to business premises where warrants have been obtained following unsuccessful attempts to resolve outstanding accounts.
  • Your responsibilities will include:
    • Attending commercial premises to execute court-issued warrants
    • Engaging directly with business owners and customers face to face
