Field Sales Account Manager (North Wales)
B2B Field Sales | SME Market | Home-Based Territory Role
Are you out on the road every day? Comfortable walking into a local shop, pub, salon, or café and starting a conversation with the owner? If so, this role is built for you.
We’re representing a high-growth, FCA-regulated business that’s changing the game for small business services: from energy to telecoms, card payments to EV charging. With a turnover of £1.25bn and over 130,000 customer sites, they’ve made serious waves in the market. Now, they’re looking for a Field Sales Account Manager to own and grow their North Wales patch.
This isn’t an office job. It’s face-to-face selling in your territory – working with SME customers across hospitality, retail, beauty, and independent trade. You’ll be meeting 4–6 businesses a day, supported by a central lead-gen team, but expected to bring your own energy, local knowledge, and lead-finding instincts too.
What You’ll Do:
- Visit SME customers daily across North Wales – building trust and uncovering business needs
- Work a mix of warm leads and self-generated opportunities
- Introduce a suite of services including energy, card payments, telecoms, water and more
- Be the trusted local face of the business – part problem-solver, part growth enabler
- Manage your own diary, cover your territory effectively, and report activity through CRM
- Work independently, but with great coaching, training, and 1:1 lead support from telesales
- Proven experience in face-to-face field sales. You\’re used to being out every day, not behind a desk
- A hunter mindset. You’re comfortable cold calling, door-knocking, and asking for the decision maker
- A solid track record in B2B sales, especially with SMEs – pubs, shops, salons, cafés, garages, etc.
- A natural communicator. Honest, resilient, curious, and personable
- Well-organised and target-driven, with enough structure to work independently
- Based centrally in North Wales.Ideally within reach of key towns and villages across the region
- Able to pass FCA background checks (credit, DBS, etc.)
What’s In It for You?
- £5,000 car allowance + fuel + expenses
- Full onboarding, 1:1 support from a lead generation team
- Ongoing training from award-winning sales coaches
- Genuine career path – management opportunities within 18 months
If you’re a driven field sales professional based in North Wales, ready to get out and build your patch, this is a brilliant opportunity to earn well and grow fast.
