FIELD SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER – Cumbria & The Lake District
Up to £37K basic + car allowance + uncapped commission (OTE £60K+ in year 1). You’ll need to be local - ideally based somewhere between Carlisle, Kendal or Keswick.
Love the great outdoors but also love hitting sales targets? This role could give you both. We’re looking for an experienced B2B field sales pro to own our client’s presence across Cumbria and the Lake District, working with small businesses to grow their revenue while growing your own.
The gig: You’ll manage and develop SME accounts across your region, combining relationship building with a hunter mentality to bring in new business. You’ll get warm leads from our dedicated telesales team, and the freedom to go out and build your patch the way you know works. They are serious about developing you – they invest in your growth, from hands-on training to realistic promotion opportunities.
We want someone who:
- Has field sales or account management experience
- Knows how to approach SME clients – from shopfronts to salons, cafes to corner shops
- Isn’t fazed by walking in cold, starting a conversation, and closing deals
- Is organised, personable, and confident managing their own day
- Can pass background checks (they’re FCA-regulated – credit and DBS checks apply)
