We’re partnering with a well-established and fast-growing UK business operating in the infrastructure and civil engineering space, supporting major residential and commercial developments across the country.

This isn’t your typical internal sales role — you’re not selling “nice-to-have” products… you’re working with essential infrastructure that every project relies on.

The Role

This is a fast-paced, office-based internal sales (Account Management only) position focused on managing inbound enquiries and converting them into orders.

  • Full Training will be provided
  • Handling incoming customer enquiries and producing accurate quotes
  • Following up quotations to convert opportunities into orders
  • Negotiating pricing within set margins to win business
  • Building strong relationships with contractors, developers, and key accounts
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers
  • Working closely with technical and operations teams to support client needs
  • Providing basic technical guidance around products and specifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in an internal sales or sales support role
  • Strong telephone-based communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail (CRM, quoting, pricing)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Nice to have:

  • Experience in construction / infrastructure / engineering environments
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing multiple accounts or a busy pipeline
