An opportunity to work for the industry standard, training and education provider within the Social Housing and Surveying sector. This opportunity is particularly suited to someone with 4–5 years' experience selling into the social housing sector. Your approach will be solution-led, with a focus on building long-term client relationships. This is not a quick-win sales environment.

The Role

You'll take ownership of developing relationships with housing organisations and related professional environments, helping them identify skills gaps and implement structured learning pathways that support operational and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and grow relationships with decision-makers across social housing and aligned sectors
  • Identify and convert opportunities through targeted outreach, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct consultative conversations to uncover organisational challenges and workforce needs
  • Position tailored learning and development solutions aligned to client outcomes
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process through onboarding
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM data
  • Collaborate internally to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction
  • Support development of scalable B2B sales practices and propositions
  • Represent the organisation at industry events where appropriate
  • Deliver revenue performance while maintaining a partnership-led approach

About You

  • 4–5 years' experience in consultative B2B sales within the social housing sector
  • Demonstrated success selling solutions or services rather than transactional products
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to navigate complex organisational structures and longer sales cycles
  • Commercially astute, credible, and outcome-focused
  • Highly organised with strong pipeline discipline
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
  • Excellent communication and influencing capability
