The Company

UK manufacturer. Products they design, build and service themselves: security gates, barriers, bollards, turnstiles, road blockers. No middle man, no excuses on quality. People join this business and stay. That tells you everything you need to know about the culture.

The Role

Pure new business. You hunt, you close, you move on to the next one. The service team picks up after you. Full sales cycle ownership across a defined territory in the South and South-West. No office requirement, no micromanagement. You run your patch, your way.

The Sell

Consultative, considered, complex, average six-month cycle, multiple stakeholders, real decisions. This isn’t a transactional product push. You’ll be talking to decision makers in construction, warehousing, education, and commercial property about solutions that genuinely matter to them.

What We Need

A hunter. Someone who’s grafted for every deal they’ve ever won, not coasted on a well-known brand. You’ll have worked in smaller businesses, stayed in roles, and owned the full sales cycle without hand-holding.

If this sounds like you, apply now!
