We are seeking an exceptional, high-impact UK Sales Director to join a leading TradeTech software provider that is fundamentally disrupting the financial services sector. This pivotal role is based in the City of London and operates under a flexible hybrid model (2 days in the office, 3 days from home).
We are specifically looking for a professional who can walk in with a well-established network and immediately drive enterprise-level revenue growth. The role is with a high-growth software firm serving some of the Worldβs leading financial institutions. They are a significant disruptor, providing valuable tools that give traders on both the sell and buy sides a competitive edge.

- You must have deep, demonstrable experience in the Fintech/Financial Software space. Ideally this experience will be within the "sell side".
- You must walk in with an active, relevant, and extensive book of contacts across the full spectrum of financial institutions, including: Investment Banks, Wealth Management, Hedge Funds, Banks, Asset Managers, Financial Services Firms, Brokers, SWFs, Prop Traders, and Fund Managers.
- You must have both a high IQ and EQ, and be used to thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and data-driven environment.
- You will be the kind of person who uses data and metrics to track sales performance, generate actionable insights, and make every decision data-driven.
- This is a role for a closer and a coach. This is not a slow-burn role; we need an exceptional professional with an established network ready to make an immediate, enterprise-level impact.
Your Role as UK Sales Director:
