The Role
- Collect overdue B2B debts face-to-face
- Negotiate structured repayment plans
- Execute warrants where required
- Conduct PDV visits
- Gather meter reads and vulnerability data
- Secure payment agreements and protect company revenue
This is not desk-based credit control. It’s autonomous, field-led recovery work requiring resilience, judgement and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in field collections / enforcement / debt recovery
- Experience executing warrants or working within compliance frameworks
- Strong negotiation skills under pressure
- Comfortable working independently across a territory
- Full UK driving licence
- Able to pass DBS, FCA and credit checks
