As Sales Director / General Manager, you'll take full responsibility for turnover, margin, operating costs and long-term growth strategy. This is full P&L ownership of a £9m+ standalone profit centre within a £1bn+ group.

Operating within a decentralised, entrepreneurial structure, you will have genuine authority to:

  • Set and deliver growth strategy
  • Own and drive the P&L
  • Accelerate B2B sales performance
  • Strengthen global supplier relationships
  • Build and develop a high-performing team
  • Optimise operations and governance
