The Role of Field Sales Manager, Electrical Engineering & Process Control
Managing a diverse portfolio, ranging from small component deals to £250K complex projects, you will split your time between nurturing established accounts and hunting for lucrative new business. This is a high-activity role requiring four days out in the field conducting a minimum of two meetings daily with premier target accounts. The role is selling to M&E contractors, wholesalers, panel builders, switchgear manufacturers, and control panel specialists to identify and secure project opportunities. It is a consultative sales approach that often turns a £3K instrumentation deal into a £100K total solution.
What is Required to Apply to the Role of Field Sales Manager, Electrical Engineering & Process Control
- Demonstrated success in a high-activity field sales environment within the electrical, engineering, or building services sectors.
