I'm exclusively partnering with a specialist Leeds-based recruiter to find a Principal Consultant to own their M&E Surveying desk. 20 people, 20% YOY growth, Employee Owned Trust. Low staff turnover, real earning potential, and genuine scope to build a team.

The Package

  • £40,000–£50,000 base (DOE)
  • Uncapped commission

The Role

A proper 360 desk. You'll run your own BD pipeline, manage a focused portfolio of strategic accounts, and work directly with the MD. The clients are Facilities Managers, Heads of Engineering, and senior leaders across construction and housing.

What We Need

  • 5+ years' billing experience in technical recruitment (construction, M&E, surveying, or FM)
  • Proven 360 track record - self-generated new business, cold outreach, short sales cycles
  • Real knowledge of the M&E or surveying market
  • Comfortable in senior commercial conversations
