If you enjoy complex B2B sales and want to work with equipment that truly matters, this role puts you at the centre of selling mission-critical communication technology used across defence, emergency services, utilities, logistics and marine. It’s a hands-on, commercially focused role with real influence – and a clear route into leadership.

The Role
- Sell mission-critical communication equipment to international dealers & distributors
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, closing, account development
- Grow commercial partnerships across high-stakes sectors
- Explain technical detail clearly and build long-term commercial trust
- Support and mentor the sales team as you prepare to step into leadership
What You’ll Need
- Strong B2B product sales experience (technical/hardware ideal)
- Confidence in high-volume, phone-based international sales
- Experience mentoring or supporting a sales team
- Ability to manage global channel/distributor relationships
- Comfortable being 100% office-based in Borehamwood/NW London
