We are particularly interested in candidates from manufacturing, engineering, industrial, distribution, logistics, or other fast-paced operational environments who are accustomed to leading teams, managing priorities, and dealing with demanding customers.
Working closely with the Managing Director, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the business while helping to deliver strategic objectives. Acting as a trusted deputy to the Managing Director, helping to implement business plans and drive performance.
- Building strong relationships with key customers, confidently handling escalations and resolving complex issues.
- Monitoring operational and financial performance, ensuring processes, systems and controls are maintained.
- Proven leadership experience within manufacturing, engineering, industrial, logistics, distribution or another operationally focused environment.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance customer expectations with business objectives.
