We're recruiting a Field Collections Officer to cover Birmingham postcodes, working directly with customers to find solutions and recover outstanding balances.
The Role
- Visiting customers to discuss outstanding balances
- Negotiating and agreeing realistic repayment plans
- Handling sensitive situations professionally and respectfully
- Recording activity and maintaining accurate case notes
- Managing your own diary and territory
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in collections, debt recovery or a customer-facing role
- Confident handling difficult or sensitive conversations
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Full UK driving licence
