We're partnering with a fast-growing UK innovator in water technology, delivering critical infrastructure, flood prevention, environmental protection, and water recycling systems. Their clients include some of the UK's biggest contractors, housebuilders, and water utilities. The work is technically fascinating, commercially driven, and genuinely impactful.
They're now looking for ambitious 1st or 2nd jobbers, recent graduates welcome, to join as Junior Project Managers and grow with the business.
The Role
From day one you'll own real projects and real client relationships. You'll be the go-to person for a portfolio of live construction projects, coordinating between clients and the technical team to keep everything moving on time and on spec. No cold calling, no chasing strangers, just building deep, trusted relationships with contractors and developers who already work with them. You'll be managing inbound project enquiries, producing specification-led quotes, negotiating terms, and driving opportunities through to order. Full training and structured onboarding is provided from the start.
