We’re partnering with a well-established and fast-growing UK business operating in the infrastructure and civil engineering space, supporting major residential and commercial developments across the country. This isn’t your typical internal sales role — you’re not selling “nice-to-have” products… you’re working with essential infrastructure that every project relies on.
The Role
This is a fast-paced, office-based internal sales (Account Management only) position focused on managing inbound enquiries and converting them into orders. No cold calling or business development. You’ll be:
- Handling incoming customer enquiries and producing accurate quotes
- Following up quotations to convert opportunities into orders
- Negotiating pricing within set margins to win business
- Building strong relationships with contractors, developers, and key accounts
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers
- Working closely with technical and operations teams to support client needs
- Providing basic technical guidance around products and specifications
