We're recruiting a Client Administrator to join a friendly, supportive team within a successful and growing organisation.

You'll be involved in everything from preparing customer quotations and coordinating projects to supporting marketing campaigns and speaking with clients.

It's a varied role where you'll receive plenty of training, learn how different areas of the business work and have genuine opportunities to develop your career.

What will you be doing?

  • Preparing quotations and commercial proposals for customers
  • Liaising with clients and responding to enquiries
  • Keeping customer information and CRM systems up to date
  • Coordinating contracts, applications and project information
  • Researching prospective customers
  • Helping to create email campaigns, case studies and company news
  • Producing monthly reports
  • Supporting the wider sales and project teams
  • Suggesting ways to improve systems and working practices

What are we looking for?

You don't need to know everything from day one-the company will provide plenty of training and support.

You will ideally have some experience in administration, customer service or sales support, together with:

  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • A confident and friendly communication style
  • Good written English
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • A positive, enthusiastic and dependable approach
  • The confidence to ask questions and contribute ideas
  • A genuine desire to learn and progress
