  • Understanding customers' maintenance, compliance and operational requirements.
  • Selling preventative maintenance and service agreements.
  • Managing opportunities from initial prospecting through to contract agreement.
  • Identifying and closing opportunities for associated training packages.
  • Maintaining an accurate CRM pipeline and sales forecast.
  • Working closely with internal service and operational teams once contracts are secured.

  • Industrial door or loading bay servicing
  • Fire & security maintenance
  • Facilities or engineering services
  • Compressor servicing
  • CNC or machinery maintenance
  • Plant/equipment servicing
  • Access equipment services
  • Other industrial maintenance or recurring service contracts

Experience selling into manufacturing, engineering or heavy industrial customers would be particularly relevant.

  • You'll Need

  • Experience selling service, maintenance or recurring contracts.
  • Strong prospecting and business development skills.
  • The patience and persistence to manage longer sales cycles.
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
  • Confidence dealing with operational and maintenance decision-makers.
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting ability.
  • The ability to manage a large territory autonomously.
  • A full UK driving licence.
