£45,000-£50,000 basic + £90k+ OTE (multiple uncapped bonus streams), fully expensed company car and company credit card - field & home based across the South. Join the UK's fastest-growing commercial cleaning manufacturer: a genuine disruptor built on patented tech no rival can copy, with established Bunzl-channel accounts to grow from day one and no line management - just influence, autonomy and a report line straight to the Directors.
Come from the professional cleaning, hygiene or janitorial world and want a patch you can genuinely make your own? This one pairs a portfolio of established strategic accounts with real room to grow new business right across the South of England.
I'm working with one of the UK's fastest-growing commercial cleaning manufacturers - a genuine disruptor in the hygiene industry, built on patented technology no competitor can legally copy. Their OdorBac "Beyond Cleaning" range doesn't just mask smells, it eliminates 100% of the odour at source. The flagship, Tec4, is an all-in-one commercial cleaner that replaces over 95% of a customer's existing cleaning products - it's non-toxic, non-hazardous, fully biodegradable, kills 99.9% of bacteria, and even the container is 100% recycled plastic.
Why this one's different:
- You grow a portfolio of established strategic accounts - this is not a cold-start patch
- Huge scope to create new business across facilities management, contract cleaning, healthcare, education and hospitality
- The product does the heavy lifting: patented, non-toxic, eliminates odour at source, 100% recycled packaging
- You're the product expert enabling an established channel - training branches, joint customer visits, site surveys and trials - not running 1-2-1s and performance reviews
- Genuinely uncapped earnings, with an established OTE north of £90k
- A clear growth story: the role exists because the current postholder is stepping up to lead the company's new Australian division
What you'll actually do:
There are two sides to it: grow the existing strategic accounts, and create new business across the territory. A lot of that happens through the distributor channel - you'll spend meaningful time in the field with Bunzl sales teams on joint customer visits, completing site surveys and supporting product demonstrations and trials. You'll deliver engaging product and application training so branch and field teams understand where OdorBac adds value and can confidently introduce it to customers. Day to day you'll own a clear territory plan, keep momentum from first conversation through trial, conversion and repeat business, and maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast.
What they need:
- You'll come from professional cleaning, hygiene, janitorial, chemical or a closely related facilities-management supply market.
- A proven B2B field sales, strategic account management or BDM background
- Experience selling through distributors or channel partners - engaging and motivating teams who don't report to you
- Evidence of growing existing accounts while identifying and converting new business
- A consultative, value-based approach and the confidence to explain technical products in clear commercial language
- Strong presentation, product-training and demonstration skills
- Commercial awareness, sound numeracy and the discipline to manage a pipeline, territory plan and forecast
- A full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel regularly across the South of England
