We’re offering an exciting internship to students or recent graduates seeking to gain real-world experience.
Role Overview:
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role designed to give you direct experience in the day-to-day operations of a Niche fragrance brand. You will work closely with the production and marketing teams, supporting everything from the physical creation of products to the launch of new products.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Operations:
• Participate in the end-to-end production process, including assisting with labelling and boxing of fragrance products.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production goals. Follow safety protocols and operational procedures at all times.
• Support the picking, packing, and dispatch processes to ensure timely delivery.
• Help maintain an organised, clean, and compliant workspace, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness on the factory floor.
• Support inventory control and restocking efforts to ensure accurate and efficient flow of goods.
Marketing Operations:
• Support product restock campaigns.
• Support customer experience communications.
• Participate in internal events for marketing and the launch of new products.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, or related fields
• Excellent timekeeping skills to meet production deadlines
• Ability to work well within a small team environment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
• Comfortable with physical activity (lifting, packing, standing, etc.)
• Interest in the Niche, fragrance, or beauty industries
• Interest in sustainable business and ethical production
Preferred:
• Experience in a retail, warehouse, or e-commerce environment
• Previous experience in a factory setting or retail fragrance brands
