Role Overview: This is a hands-on, cross-functional role designed to give you direct experience in the day-to-day operations of a Niche fragrance brand. You will work closely with the production and marketing teams, supporting everything from the physical creation of products to the launch of new products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manufacture & Quality Control
    • Production Flow: Participate in the end-to-end production process: weighing, measuring, mixing, bottling, capping, and labelling.
    • Precision & Maintenance: Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness on the factory floor. Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures. Support the Supervisor in maintaining an organised, clean, and compliant workspace, ensuring warehouse space efficiency.
  • Stock Control & Inventory
    • Component Management: Support inventory control for perfume, cosmetics, and new product components packaging.
    • Raw Materials: Assist the lab team in updating stock levels for concentrates, alcohol, and materials, ensuring an efficient flow of goods.
    • Campaign Readiness: Support product restock campaigns and organise materials for upcoming launches.
  • Fulfilment & Sales Operations
    • Order Preparation: Support the picking, packing, and dispatch processes, ensuring every order includes samples.
    • Logistics: Work with the team to print packing slips and shipping labels, ensuring accurate documentation for courier collection.
    • Brand Experience: Support brand campaigns, experiences and testing products and new launches.

Qualifications

Required: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Science, Business Operations, or Brand Marketing. Excellent timekeeping skills to meet production and dispatch deadlines. Ability to work well within a small, fast-paced team environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality, artisanal work. Comfortable with physical activity (lifting, packing, standing, etc.).

Preferred: Interest in the Niche fragrance industry and ethical production. Experience in a retail, warehouse, or e-commerce environment. Previous experience in a factory setting or with retail manufacturing brands.
