About Aareon: Aareon is one of the leading providers of property management software and digital solutions for housing providers, property managers and landlords across the UK and Europe. As we enter the next phase of growth, Aareon UK is undergoing a significant transformation. We are evolving from a collection of successful acquired brands into a unified organisation operating under a single Aareon identity.
The Opportunity: We're looking for an experienced Search & Content Lead to become a foundational member of our newly formed MarTech & Operations team. This is a strategic role responsible for building Aareon's organic growth engine across search, content and AI-powered discovery channels. You will develop scalable content programmes that increase visibility, drive engagement and generate demand whilst ensuring Aareon's expertise is discoverable wherever customers research solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build the statutory question library across Renters' Rights, Awaab's Law and the private rented sector database, published on one domain at a standard professionals will trust.
- Own organic search, including answer engine and generative engine optimisation.
- Refresh every answer at each statutory date, beginning with 30 November 2026.
- Run the resident story content alongside the compliance material, so the engine carries both the professional and the human argument.
- Own organic traffic and rankings against target statutory terms, organic pipeline contribution, and content-assisted conversion.
- Work with the Demand Generation Lead, the PR & Editorial Lead and Product Marketing.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Senior SEO and content leadership with ownership of a domain strategy.
- Demonstrable ranking gains in a competitive or technical category.
- Experience building content at depth on a regulated or technical subject.
- Understanding of answer engine and generative engine optimisation as they stand in 2026.
- Editorial judgement, and the ability to hold a quality standard on subject matter you are not personally expert in.
Desirable:
- Experience consolidating content across multiple domains after acquisition.
- Familiarity with UK housing, lettings or property regulation.
- Technical SEO depth, including migration planning.
What We're Looking For:
- Someone who treats accuracy as the product, because our readers act on what we publish.
- Patience for the compounding work, since this engine pays back over years.
- The instinct to write for the person with the problem rather than for the algorithm.
- Comfort being the person who says a claim cannot be published without a source.
