You will be responsible for maintaining data quality, supporting core reporting, and acting as a first line of support for our Sales and Customer Success teams. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the mechanics of a high-growth, PE-backed SaaS company. You do not need years of experience. You do need a passion for data, process, and making things work better. You will work closely with the Senior Revenue Operations Manager, who will provide guidance, prioritisation, and technical support as you develop in the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Core Focus: Data Management, Systems and Reporting (c.70% of role)
- Data Management & System Administration
- Own day-to-day data quality across Salesforce and the wider GTM tech stack
- Manage and maintain operational data and workflows within Planhat, Salesforce and our product admin instances
- Run recurring data quality checks (e.g. pipeline hygiene, key field validation, duplication checks)
- Identify and resolve data issues impacting reporting, forecasting, and operational workflows
- Support data governance processes across systems
- Reporting & Analytics
- Build and maintain reporting and dashboards across Planhat, Fixflo, Salesforce, and Power BI
- Maintain core reporting used in weekly pipeline reviews, monthly business reviews, and leadership reporting
- Ensure consistency and alignment between systems and downstream reporting outputs
- Support recurring reporting on pipeline, forecast, churn/retention, and operational metrics
- Process & Operations Support
- Assist in documenting core revenue processes (lead-to-cash, renewals, customer lifecycle)
- Support commission calculations and reporting processes
- Help manage user access, roles, and permissions across GTM systems
- Act as first-line support for Sales and Customer Success teams on system and reporting queries
- Support RevOps initiatives such as forecasting improvements, deal tracking, and process optimisation
- Develop an understanding of how both business units operate and where processes differ
Qualifications & Experience
- Essential
- 1–2 years in a data, operations, or analyst role (internships or early-career roles accepted)
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, data cleaning)
- Experience working with a CRM or operational GTM system (Salesforce preferred)
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and learning new tools quickly
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
- Bonus
- Exposure to Power BI
- Familiarity with tools such as Planhat, Fixflo, Salesloft, or HubSpot
- Experience working with customer success or support systems
- Exposure to Power Query or handling larger datasets
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment
Personal Attributes
- Curious: You ask “why” and want to understand how systems and processes work.
- Organised: You can manage multiple requests and prioritise effectively.
- Proactive: You spot issues early and take ownership of fixing them.
- Comfortable with ambiguity: You can work with imperfect data and evolving processes.
- Humble: You are willing to take on foundational work that underpins team success.
- Growth-oriented: You are motivated to develop into a more senior RevOps role.
What Success Looks Like: First 6 Months
- Planhat and Fixflo data and workflows are well-maintained and aligned with Salesforce.
- Salesforce data is clean, consistent, and trusted for reporting.
- Core pipeline, forecast, and retention reporting is accurate and reliable.
- Stakeholders (Sales & CS) receive timely and helpful support.
- Reporting outputs are consistent across systems with minimal discrepancies.
Why Join Aareon UK?
- Real ownership early: You will take responsibility for critical systems and data.
- Broad exposure: Work across multiple GTM systems and two distinct business models.
- Career growth: Clear pathway into Senior Analyst or Manager roles.
