What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Building and Evolving the Unified Data Platform: Design, build, and maintain the Microsoft Fabric‑based data platform that powers customer‑facing analytics. Create ingestion pipelines from SQL‑backed products, design robust data models covering properties, assets, repairs, compliance, contractors and financial domains and ensure data is trustworthy, well‑documented, secure and scalable. Contribute to data contracts, metadata standards, lineage visibility and governance across the multi‑product ecosystem.
  • Enabling Insight Products and Analytics Experiences: Support various stakeholders including Freeholders, Asset Owners, RMC/RTM Directors, Operational Property Managers, Portfolio Managers, Leaseholders, Residents, On‑site Staff & Contractors.
  • Building Our Automated Reporting Engine: Support the data infrastructure behind automated reporting capabilities, including templated QBR outputs, compliance summaries, financial snapshots, asset performance reporting and scheduled insights delivered directly from the product.
  • Enabling Conversational Analytics: Ensure the platform provides well‑structured, AI‑ready datasets that support natural language interactions. Work closely with the AI Innovation function to make datasets AI‑ready.
  • Collaborating With Product, AI Innovation & Data Architecture: Act as a bridge between the platform engineering layer and the teams building analytics and AI‑driven capabilities on top of it.
  • Contributing to the Data Platform Capability: Influence roadmaps, shape long‑term strategy and prepare the organisation for future hires across engineering, analytics and ML. The role offers ownership and growth opportunities.
