We’re partnering with an internationally recognised studio in their search for a Marketing Manager. In this role, you’ll lead the planning and delivery of marketing activity across the studio’s portfolio, building strong relationships with external partners and collaborating with multi-regional marketing and PR teams to drive the successful global launch of new titles while supporting live services. You will be joining an independently owned video games publisher with an impressive international track record and a global audience across multiple platforms. This position is UK hybrid, with 2 days based onsite at their office in the South-East of England.

Your role will be to:

  • Develop and deliver marketing strategies and campaigns to support product launches, industry events and key company announcements.
  • Collaborate with PR teams on marketing campaigns for launches, events and digital promotions.
  • Work closely with the global communications team to align UK efforts with international strategies, share best practices and co-develop pan-European campaigns.
  • Build and manage relationships with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities within the video games industry.

You will need:

  • 4+ years experience in marketing, product or brand management within the video game industry.
  • Proven track record of creating and delivering successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of gaming media, regional audiences and industry trends.
  • Expertise in managing marketing, PR and media relationships.
  • Understanding of data analysis and performance reporting.
  • Experience of managing and mentoring teams.
