Overview

Aardvark Swift is partnering with a renowned international games studio to recruit a Japanese-speaking Administrator for their European office. This position sits within a small, collaborative team and reports to the Financial Controller, supporting a mix of administrative and finance-related activities. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational and language skills who is looking to develop experience within a finance function. You will be involved in a range of finance processes, with full training provided, while also acting as a key point of contact for Japanese-speaking stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across the team, ensuring records and documentation are accurate and well organised.
  • Act as a liaison between English and Japanese-speaking teams, supporting communication, coordination, and translation where required.
  • Assist with processing invoices, payments, and maintaining documentation (full training provided).
  • Support the preparation and organisation of financial records, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
  • Help coordinate routine and ad hoc administrative and operational tasks.
  • Assist with data entry, reporting support, and maintaining internal systems.
  • Support month-end and other periodic processes, with guidance and training.
  • Help manage and organise company records, including filing and archiving.
  • Provide general administrative support across the finance function as needed.
