About The Role

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Temporary Contract: Immediate start until 18th December '26
  • Hours: maximum 15 hours per week (flexible days and hours to be discussed, worked Monday - Friday)
  • Salary: depending on experience
  • Location: Hybrid working /in-person working at our Gas Ferry Road Studio in Bristol as required

The Department: Aardman's Brands & Licensing division spearheads the licensing, content distribution, brand development and management of Aardman's portfolio of brands and Studio Services, balancing both creative integrity and commercial opportunities.

The Role: We are seeking an experienced Social Commerce Manager to lead the setup, launch and initial growth of our TikTok Shop operation using a Brand Affiliate model. This is a hands-on contract role suited to a specialist who has successfully launched and scaled TikTok Shop programmes, recruiting and engaging with creators, coordinating product launches with licensees on their TikTok shop, building affiliate networks and driving sales.

About You

The Candidate: We are looking for an experienced social commerce specialist with a proven track record of building TikTok Shop affiliate programmes, who can quickly make an impact. This role would suit a consultant, freelancer or experienced practitioner seeking a flexible, part-time opportunity. You will need proven experience launching and managing TikTok Shop programmes, alongside strong experience in creator recruitment and affiliate management. You should also have a strong track record of delivering revenue growth through creator-led commerce and be able to work independently in a flexible contract role to achieve the key deliverables outlined below.

Key Deliverables:

  • Launch and optimise Aardman product across various licensee's TikTok Shops by October 2026.
  • Establish a functioning Brand Affiliate programme.
  • Recruit active affiliate creators.
  • Generate creator-led content and measurable sales.
  • Create scalable model solutions for ongoing management.
