Property Bookkeeper Rent Administrator Aarc Estates is an independent property business based in Wood Green, North London.
We own and manage around 70 rental units across multiple property companies.
We are looking for a reliable, organised and detail-focused Property Bookkeeper Rent Administrator to join us on a part-time basis.
The role will mainly involve rent reconciliation, bookkeeping support, Xero administration, invoice processing and first-stage rent chasing.
This would suit someone with Property bookkeeping experience, within property, lettings, housing, estate agency or landlord accounts.
Experience with Xero is preferred, and previous exposure to council or housing benefit rent payments would be a strong advantage.
Hours - Part-time: 15 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 3 hours per day - Preferred working window: between 9:00am and 2:00pm - Some flexibility available for the right candidate Location Hybrid role based around Wood Green, North London.
Initial office-based training will be required, with flexibility for some remote working once settled.
