AAQ Properties is an international real estate advisory operating across the UK, Dubai, and selected global markets. We work with serious property investors and reputable developers, combining disciplined sales execution with professionalism, compliance, and long-term client trust. The Investment Relations function is the core revenue engine of the business, accurately qualifying investors to ensure senior consultants engage only with high-quality, well-prepared prospects.
The Investment Relationship Executive (IRE) is a sales-led, high-activity, phone-based position. The primary objective is to progress prospects through a structured sales funnel, culminating in a completed, attended consultation ("SAT Meeting") with a senior Investment Consultant. Important: The IRE is not responsible for closing property sales. These are handled by senior Investment Consultants. The IRE's accountability extends from initial contact up to and including the attended SAT Meeting. You are rewarded for accurate qualification, not just call volume.
The Sales Funnel
- Outbound calls: driving initial conversations
- Talk time: establishing interest and readiness
- Qualified meetings booked: scheduling appointments for serious prospects
- SAT meetings (meetings attended): creating real sales opportunities
Core Responsibilities
- Lead Engagement and Qualification - Conduct outbound and inbound conversations using approved scripts and frameworks; hold structured discussions to establish interest, affordability, intent, and readiness; accurately qualify prospects before any meeting is scheduled to avoid speculative bookings.
- Appointment Booking and Ownership - Book genuine, qualified meetings into the company calendar; maintain ownership of each client from first contact through to the completed SAT Meeting; prepare prospects appropriately ahead of their consultation.
- Systems, Records, and Compliance - Carry out all calls, emails, and notes within company-provided systems for automated activity capture; log and transcribe external interactions promptly to ensure an auditable client history; ensure seamless handovers and accurate reporting for the senior sales team.
Who We're Looking For
- Experienced property or real estate sales professionals
- Experienced phone-based sales professionals from any sector (B2C, B2B, financial services, etc.)
- Ambitious junior candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
What matters most: a confident telephone manner, comfort with KPIs and accountability, resilience under high call volumes, and genuine interest in building a long-term career in investment sales.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional telephone manner
- Sales, negotiation, and client-service skills
- Organisational and time-management abilities to handle multiple prospects efficiently
- Comfort with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and standard digital tools
- Fluency in English required; additional languages an advantage
- Knowledge of UK and/or UAE real estate markets is desirable but not essential
- Proven experience in property, investment, or telephone sales is advantageous
Performance KPIs
- Completed (SAT) Meetings: primary performance metric
- Approximately 2 qualified meetings booked per working day
- Approximately 120 minutes of meaningful daily talk time
- Consistent, high call volume in line with the active campaign
Working Hours
Operations are primarily based on UK Business Hours (GMT/BST):
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (includes scheduled unpaid breaks)
- Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (focused calling period)
- Sunday: Day off
- Some flexibility may be required to align with international client availability outside UK hours
Earnings and Incentives
- £25,000 basic salary
- £45,000 to £55,000 realistic OTE (uncapped)
- SAT Meeting incentives paid when a qualified prospect attends the consultation
- Commission on closed sales successfully completed by senior consultants from your introductions
- Periodic campaign incentives for top performers
There are no guarantees of commission or incentive earnings. This is a performance-driven role.
