This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Assistant (Part 2 or equivalent) located in Manchester. The Architectural Assistant will assist with the preparation of technical drawings, work on architectural designs, and create detailed presentations. The role involves collaborating with team members, contributing to project development, and supporting various stages of the design and building process.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Technical Drawing and creating detailed Architectural Drawings
- Strong knowledge and experience in Architecture and architectural design processes
- Effective Communication skills for collaboration with team members and clients
- Competence in preparing presentations to clearly convey design concepts
- Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar)
- Creative problem-solving and attention to detail
- Relevant degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification
- Familiarity with sustainable and biophilic design principles is an advantage
- Previous experience working in a professional architectural practice is preferred
