b Overview /b p In this role you support the PMO Senior Manager to coordinate bid activity and governance across AALTO’s programme portfolio. You will liaise with Finance, Commercial, Engineering and other functions to enable accurate reporting, effective controls and informed decision-making. The position focuses on bid planning, submission readiness, cost tracking and risk management, with broad cross-functional collaboration. You will work to ensure clear, timely bid outcomes and smooth handover to Programme delivery, contributing to Stratospace initiatives. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li Competitive salary /li li Short-term incentive plan /li li 25 days holiday /li li Private medical insurance /li li Dental and optical cash back /li li Personal pension plan /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Coordinate end-to-end bid activity in line with the Lead-to-Order process with cross-functional inputs /li li Maintain bid plans, schedules, compliance matrices, action trackers and submission readiness reviews /li li Support proposal, presentation and governance document preparation /li li Track bid actions, deadlines, assumptions, dependencies, approvals and decisions /li li Support governance reviews, proposal approvals and accepted-bid handover into Programme delivery planning /li li Act as the PMO interface with Finance for cost accounting, budgets, forecasts and financial reporting /li li Track actuals, commitments, variances, Estimate at Completion updates and cost dashboards /li li Support bid risk and opportunity management with escalation and reporting /li li Prepare programme review packs, status reports, dashboards and governance records /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business, Project Management, Programme Management or related discipline /li li Extensive aerospace, aviation or defence experience, preferably in PMO, programme controls, scheduling or project coordination /li li Experience supporting bid management, programme governance, project delivery, cost reporting or risk management /li li Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills with ability to manage priorities and present data clearly /li li High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records under pressure /li li Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint /li /ul ul li Analytical /li li Organisational skills /li li Communication skills /li li Advanced Microsoft Excel /li li PowerPoint /li li Power BI /li /ul
