Overview
In this role you will support the Zephyr Programme by delivering governance, planning, risk and issue management, and controls.
You will act as a key coordinator across PMO, Engineering, Operations, Finance and Commercial to maintain accurate programme data, schedules and governance packs.
The role demands strong organisation, analytical capability and meticulous record-keeping in a fast-paced aerospace programme.
You will help drive decision-making with clear reports and milestone tracking, contributing to the successful deployment of Zephyr in Stratospace.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day control of the Zephyr Programme across workstreams and stakeholders
- Maintain schedules, milestone plans and dependency trackers
- Prepare governance inputs, dashboards and executive review materials
- Manage action, decision, issue, dependency, change and risk logs through to closure
- Update risk and opportunity registers, tracking mitigations and escalations
- Record meeting agendas, minutes and follow-up actions
- Maintain controlled PMO documents, templates and audit trails
- Support PMO process improvements, reporting consistency and lessons learned
- Key requirements
- Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent in Engineering, Business, Project Management or related discipline
- Experience in aerospace, aviation or defence, preferably in PMO, programme controls or project coordination
- Knowledge of planning, scheduling, milestone tracking, dependency management, risk/issue management and change control
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills with cross-functional coordination
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records under pressure
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong Microsoft Office, especially Power Point
