Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Microsoft Dynamics Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development and customising of forms within our ERP environment. They will also support solutions within the ERP ecosystem, including Finance & Operations (F&O), Project, Timesheet, warehouse and inventory. You will work closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain D365 forms, customisation, workflows, within D365
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Develop and maintain integrations between D365 and other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning, including UAT simulations
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for D365 applications
- Maintain documentation for customisations, configurations, and development processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. Or equivalent demonstrable experience
- Proven experience in D365 development (F&O, Supply chain management, or both)
- Knowledge of .NET, JavaScript, and SQL a bonus
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and integration)
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Lifecycle Services (LCS)
- Strong understanding of D365 data structures, workflows, and security models
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
Preferred Knowledge
- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Dataverse
- Experience working in a multi‑product environment
- Experience with third‑party integration tools (e.g., PLM tools, ETQ, Arena)
- X++, C#, JavaScript, Power Automate, and Power Apps
- Creating new users, assigning roles and responsibilities
