Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end operations across manufacturing, warehouse, logistics.
- Drive people leadership including performance, engagement, succession planning, and capability development.
- Support the Managing Director with strategy, performance insights, and operational planning.
- Anticipate and manage material shortages and delivery risks.
- Support sites and suppliers during critical delivery or capacity issues.
- Lead manufacturing performance reviews, action plans, and lessons learned.
- Drive standardisation, best practices, digitisation and automation where applicable.
- Secure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery of materials and products to support production and customer commitments.
- Manage inbound flows from suppliers, including transport modes, lead times, and delivery reliability.
- Oversee outbound logistics to customers or downstream sites, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, supply chain, or related discipline or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8–10+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain leadership.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, continuous improvement methodologies, and operational analytics.
