This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional within the heating, plumbing, HVAC or building services sector to take ownership of an established territory and drive growth across merchants, contractors, developers, housing associations and OEMs.
The Role
- Develop and grow relationships across merchants, contractors, installers and developers
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across the region
- Deliver against territory growth targets and structured account plans
- Support customer training and technical product discussions
- Lead pricing and commercial negotiations
- Work closely with internal teams to maximise growth opportunities
We Are Looking For
Essential:
- Proven external sales, specification sales or merchant sales experience within the UK heating, plumbing, HVAC or building services market
- Strong commercial and relationship management skills
- Experience managing customer accounts and developing new business
- Full UK driving licence
- Self-motivated, organised and results-driven
Desirable:
- Experience working with water treatment, heating systems or building services products
- Specification sales experience
- CRM experience
