Your challenge:

  • Lead end-to-end operations across manufacturing, warehouse, logistics.
  • Drive people leadership including performance, engagement, succession planning, and capability development.
  • Support the Managing Director with strategy, performance insights, and operational planning.
  • Anticipate and manage material shortages and delivery risks.
  • Support sites and suppliers during critical delivery or capacity issues.
  • Lead manufacturing performance reviews, action plans, and lessons learned.
  • Drive standardisation, best practices, digitalisation and automation where applicable.
  • Secure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery of materials and products to support production and customer commitments.
  • Manage inbound flows from suppliers, including transport modes, lead times, and delivery reliability.
  • Oversee outbound logistics to customers or downstream sites, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, supply chain, or related discipline or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 8–10+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain leadership.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, continuous improvement methodologies, and operational analytics.
  • Fluent in English.
