We're a growing mobility company helping people live more independently, safely, and comfortably at home. From mobility aids to daily living equipment, our products make a real difference to customers' lives — and we're looking for a Telesales Advisor who shares that sense of purpose.
The Role
You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice on the other end of the phone, guiding & supporting customers (and their families) toward the right product for their needs. Many of our customers are elderly or navigating a difficult life change, so patience, empathy, and genuine care are just as important as sales skills.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, converting enquiries into sales
- Listening carefully to understand each customer's individual needs and concerns
- Explaining product features and benefits clearly and honestly
- Recording customer information accurately using our CRM/order systems
- Working closely with the wider team to meet shared sales targets and share best practice
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build trust
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent spoken and written English, with a clear, warm telephone manner
- A genuinely empathetic approach — comfortable speaking with older or vulnerable customers
- Confident computer skills (CRM systems, order processing, email, basic Excel)
- A team player who communicates well and supports colleagues to hit shared goals
- Previous telesales or customer service experience is a plus, but attitude matters more than a perfect CV
- Resilience and a positive, can-do attitude with energy
What We Offer

- Team environment, career progression, etc.
- The chance to genuinely improve people's quality of life every day
