b Overview /b p In this role you drive the global Operational Excellence transformation across AAK’s manufacturing network and value chain. You bridge strategy and execution, embedding sustainable ways of working that deliver measurable business impact. You coach leaders across multiple functions to raise problem-solving capability and end-to-end performance. You’ll shape deployment roadmaps, manage governance, and capture best practices to accelerate the OpEx journey. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role at scale with a clear impact on efficiency and quality. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead deployment of the global OpEx roadmap across production sites and value chain functions with consistent adoption of OWOW and OWOZ frameworks /li li Develop maturity-based deployment roadmaps, assess capabilities, identify gaps, and co-create improvement plans with site and functional leaders /li li Provide coaching, facilitation, and capability building to leaders across multiple functions to strengthen leadership and problem-solving /li li Serve as the link between global strategy and local execution, driving governance, performance management, and sustainable implementation of OpEx methodologies /li li Collaborate with Global OpEx Specialists to deploy standards, capture best practices, and continually improve the OpEx framework and transformation journey /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or related field; Master’s degree is an advantage /li li 10+ years experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, manufacturing or supply chain operations with multi-site deployment experience /li li Proven track record leading cross-functional OpEx transformations with Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, DMS, structured problem solving /li li Strong coaching, facilitation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across matrix organizations /li li Analytical, execution-focused, hands-on with experience designing deployment roadmaps and maturity assessments, and engaging frontline and senior leaders in global, multicultural environments /li li Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus /li /ul ul li coaching and mentoring /li li facilitation /li li stakeholder management /li li Lean /li li Six Sigma /li li Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) /li /ul
