AAK, based at King George Dock, Hull, is seeking a Customer Innovation Manager to drive co-development and technical support across Dairy, Savoury, Plant-Based Foods and Foodservice in the UK & Ireland. You will translate customer needs into scalable solutions, leading projects from concept to commercialisation while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and regional teams.
The role requires a degree in Food Science or related field, strong customer-facing experience in food applications.
