AAK BD Foods are seeking a Customer Service Assistant, an excellent opportunity for someone looming to further develop their skills. You will receive full training in all relevant areas and will provide support and assistance on a variety of administrative tasks within the department. Responsibilities • Monitor and manage customer service inboxes. • Process new orders accurately and efficiently. • Upload transport data into the system. • Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner. • Conduct checks on orders and transportation details to ensure they are correct. • Check deliveries have been made as required and upload Invoices to the relevant platform. • Provide reception duties as require i.e. Phone and door • Coordinate and liaise internally and externally with Transport & Planning teams. Skills and Experience • Good Computer skills. • Strong attention to detail. • Ability to work as part of a team and on own. • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn. • Good communication skills.
