AAK BD Foods joined AAK International in 2019 as part of the Global Foodservice Group. With its purpose-built manufacturing site based in St Leonards on Sea, the Company produces solution-based chilled, ambient, and frozen products in a variety of pack formats for the food service sector.
AAK BD Foods are seeking a Customer Service Assistant, an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their skills. You will receive full training in all relevant areas and will provide support and assistance on a variety of administrative tasks within the department.
Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage customer service inboxes.
- Process new orders accurately and efficiently.
- Upload transport data into the system.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct checks on orders and transportation details to ensure they are correct.
- Check deliveries have been made as required and upload invoices to the relevant platform.
- Provide reception duties as required (i.e. phone and door).
- Coordinate and liaise internally and externally with Transport & Planning teams.
- Good computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills.
